Each year DOC restores heritage sites to preserve them for future generations. Other improvements make sites easy to reach and more enjoyable to visit. This work can be technically challenging and undertaken in remote locations.
DOC often works in partnership with community groups, iwi and volunteers, and appreciates their vital support.
